A Bit About Me
I am an Advanced Scrum Master (A-CSM) with experience across a number of industries and sectors, reaching from rail, training environments, CRM and pharmaceuticals, with a deep-rooted understanding of project methodologies and a passion for Agile values and approaches. I am driven to deliver change, striving to serve others by enabling recognition, inspection and adaptation as a team to drive organisational change.
I am the Agile Community Champion for the Association of Project Management , author at SalesforceBen; Quality Cloud; APM; MaykitProjects and I volunteer for Inspiring the Future and Cranfield Trust support and guide others to achieve the best of themselves.
As a Certified Coaching Professional, I specialise in guiding individuals and teams to move from "Can we? to "We can!" and unleash their potential. I coach my clients in a way that utilises both their heads and their hearts.

Over the course of 2 years, I have supported 8 teams through their ongoing agile journey, with the scrum framework. This has ranged from new teams learning how to become more agile in a coaching environment, to existing teams that were stagnant and needed support for their continuous improvement.

Facilitation and guiding of all scrum ceremonies, with the motto of “Having fun, whilst getting stuff done”. Approaching retros with “out-the-box thinking”, allows teams to pause, reflect and be creative to embrace experimentation and change.

Projects have included; a new community platform for agents and group subscriptions, Autorenewal legislation requirements for India, new platform development for subscribers to read The Economist and subscribe more easily and payment integration with external platform providers.
